Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Provide strategic financial leadership and partner with CEO/leadership team on growth, profitability, and long-term planning.

Lead all financial functions including accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.

Optimize cash flow, working capital management, and project financial controls in a project-driven business.

Oversee financial planning for expansion into new markets and service lines.

Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

Drive financial systems, processes, and tools to improve visibility and decision support across operations.

Advise on risk management, insurance, bonding capacity, and capital structure decisions.

Collaborate with operations and project leadership to align financial objectives with project performance.

Manage relationships with lenders, auditors, and external financial partners.

Build, mentor, and scale finance team capabilities to support business growth.
Qualifications (typical):

Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or related project-based industries.

Strong track record in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and financial controls.

Experience with construction accounting systems and performance metrics.
-
Excellent communicator and strategic business partner.
