The Controller will oversee the financial and accounting operations related to real estate development projects, owned projects, and partnerships. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of real estate projects, financing, deal structures, and financial reporting within the real estate development industry. This role will be on the executive team and will provide critical support to the executive team while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities Include:

• Real Estate Development Support
• Financial Reporting
• Tax Compliance
• Payroll Management
• Reconciliation of Accounts
• Team Leadership

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3-years recent in the real estate development industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification preferred
