Responsibilities –
Overseeing operations: Managing teams across departments, such as finance, marketing, HR, and operations, to ensure the company is running smoothly
Developing strategies: Working with the CEO and other executives to create and implement strategies that align with the company’s goal
Improving processes: Identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to optimize them
Managing finances: Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the company is operating within its budget
Managing risk: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
Reporting to the CEO: Providing performance reports, identifying areas for improvement, and offering recommendations
Standing in for the CEO: Handling leadership responsibilities and making decisions when the CEO is unable to do so
Developing policies: Creating policies that improve daily operations and deal with employee issues
Recruiting and hiring: Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates
Mentoring employees: Inspiring employees to key into the vision of management
Collaborating with stakeholders: Working with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies
