About the Job

The institute is seeking a Dean/Director of Education. The opportunity is to lead the recently renovated institute moving forward with guidance and long-term strategic planning. This position has 4 Program Directors and 1 Education Manager to directly manage, as well as the School of Education. There is a quick turnaround of programs beginning every 6 weeks for the Core Programs and every 2 weeks for CDL Programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Masters in Education and/or Ph.D. preferred.
  • Five or more years’ experience in management of proprietary post-secondary school education.
  • Require previous teaching experience and competency necessary to lead and manage faculty and curriculum, specifically building classroom engagement.
  • Faculty coaching.
  • Must be able to successfully interact with adult learners, to include some under-resourced adult students.
  • Successful track record of building student advising and mentorship processes.
  • Solution-based rather than problem-focused approach
  • Some weekends and evenings are required.
