Job Title: Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing is a growth-oriented leader who will shape and elevate the brand within a dynamic building and contracting environment. This role demands strategic vision, hands-on execution, and nimble adaptability to showcase projects, build credibility, and drive business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy to support business growth and regional expansion.

Oversee brand identity, messaging, and visual presentation across digital and traditional channels.

Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, public relations, and events.

Collaborate closely with business development, project teams, and executives to support proposals, presentations, and lead generation.

Manage creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, project sheets, awards submissions, and internal newsletters.

Oversee company website maintenance and social media presence, ensuring updated project portfolios, optimized content, and visual storytelling.

Coordinate event planning and community engagement—including groundbreakings, open houses, sponsorships, and industry conferences.

Arrange project photography and video documentation to showcase completed and ongoing work.

Conduct market and competitor research, manage branding across equipment and materials, and identify award opportunities.

Measure marketing performance through metrics, budgets, and ROI analysis—adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

At least 5 years of marketing experience—preferably within construction, architecture, engineering, or real estate industries.

Proven experience guiding marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.

Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and communication abilities.

Proficiency with marketing tools—e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, CMS (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools.

High organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
