The Opportunity:

You will oversee the surgical suite, preoperative, postoperative, sterile processing, and anesthesia services, ensuring seamless, high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.

Current RN licensure required.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in perioperative services.

Proven track record in managing OR efficiency, patient throughput, and operational excellence.
