Job Title: Division Leader
Location: Huntsville, AL
The role of the Division
Leader is to lead projects and project teams in achieving all goals, while embodying and promoting the company’s
culture and core values. This role contributes to the development and execution of goals and strategies such as pursuing new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting preconstruction efforts, as well as contributing to strategic planning and ‘Relentless Pursuit’ initiatives. The Division
Leader is also responsible for recruiting and developing team members. While this role has overall P&L responsibility for their projects, they are expected to foster an environment of team accountability to goals.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or other relevant degree
– 10+ years of experience in a commercial construction firm
– 5+ years with P&L responsibility for multiple commercial projects greater than $20M
