This is a senior, high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving enterprise adoption of an AI-powered takeoff and estimating platform within HVAC and plumbing contractors. The position sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, domain expertise, and product strategy, acting as both a revenue driver and a trusted advisor to large subcontractors modernizing their estimating workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Growth

Own and lead complex, consultative sales cycles with large HVAC and plumbing contractors and suppliers

Identify and engage senior stakeholders including estimating leaders, operations executives, and decision-makers

Build ROI-driven business cases highlighting productivity gains and cost efficiencies

Drive early traction and long-term expansion within enterprise accounts
Product & Domain Leadership

Partner closely with Product and AI teams to enhance HVAC and plumbing takeoff and estimating workflows

Serve as the internal voice of subcontractors, ensuring real-world estimating needs inform product direction

Provide structured customer feedback to influence roadmap prioritization
Relationship Building & Market Presence

Develop and maintain a strong network across the HVAC and plumbing contractor ecosystem

Conduct in-person prospect meetings, customer visits, and strategic account reviews

Represent the platform at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Act as a thought leader around AI-driven estimating and preconstruction workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Sales and Marketing to refine positioning and messaging for HVAC and plumbing markets

Support enterprise onboarding and early adoption for strategic customers
What We’re Looking For

8–10+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

HVAC and/or plumbing estimating leadership at a reputable contractor

Enterprise sales or consulting roles selling software, equipment, or services to HVAC/plumbing contractors

Deep understanding of HVAC and/or plumbing estimating and preconstruction workflows

Proven success influencing senior stakeholders in enterprise sales environments

Strong executive presence with polished presentation and demo skills
