This is a senior, high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving enterprise adoption of an AI-powered takeoff and estimating platform within HVAC and plumbing contractors. The position sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, domain expertise, and product strategy, acting as both a revenue driver and a trusted advisor to large subcontractors modernizing their estimating workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Growth

  • Own and lead complex, consultative sales cycles with large HVAC and plumbing contractors and suppliers

  • Identify and engage senior stakeholders including estimating leaders, operations executives, and decision-makers

  • Build ROI-driven business cases highlighting productivity gains and cost efficiencies

  • Drive early traction and long-term expansion within enterprise accounts

Product & Domain Leadership

  • Partner closely with Product and AI teams to enhance HVAC and plumbing takeoff and estimating workflows

  • Serve as the internal voice of subcontractors, ensuring real-world estimating needs inform product direction

  • Provide structured customer feedback to influence roadmap prioritization

Relationship Building & Market Presence

  • Develop and maintain a strong network across the HVAC and plumbing contractor ecosystem

  • Conduct in-person prospect meetings, customer visits, and strategic account reviews

  • Represent the platform at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

  • Act as a thought leader around AI-driven estimating and preconstruction workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Sales and Marketing to refine positioning and messaging for HVAC and plumbing markets

  • Support enterprise onboarding and early adoption for strategic customers

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

    • HVAC and/or plumbing estimating leadership at a reputable contractor

    • Enterprise sales or consulting roles selling software, equipment, or services to HVAC/plumbing contractors

  • Deep understanding of HVAC and/or plumbing estimating and preconstruction workflows

  • Proven success influencing senior stakeholders in enterprise sales environments

  • Strong executive presence with polished presentation and demo skills

  • Experience with value-based selling and ROI-driven narratives

  • Comfortable operating across both product strategy and revenue generation

  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
