Job Title: Head of Field Medical Affairs – Oncology – REMOTE

A dynamic, oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company at a pivotal growth stage is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as Head of Field Medical Affairs for the United States.
Your Mission

Lead and build a high-performing U.S. Field Medical team, including MSLs and Evidence/Value Liaison professionals, with clear objectives, measurable standards, and sustained scientific excellence.

Define and execute the national scientific engagement strategy, generate actionable insights from the field, and work closely with Evidence/HEOR to drive value-based messaging and medical pull-through.

Strategically align field activities with commercial and clinical goals throughout the product lifecycle—from launch readiness through post-market support—across prioritized oncology indications.

Establish and track metrics, training frameworks, and field capabilities to elevate scientific influence, deepen KOL and institutional relationships, and translate data into meaningful impact.
Your Background

Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP/PA or equivalent) coupled with significant U.S. Field Medical leadership experience in oncology or related specialty.

Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing MSL organizations, collaborating cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, HEOR/Evidence, and Market Access in a regulated environment.

Strong leadership and talent development skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders and external KOLs alike.
Location & Travel

Remote U.S.-based with preference for a time zone compatible with national field operations. Frequent travel to regional sites, institutional partners, and national conferences is expected.
