What We’re Seeking
  • Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with Oncology experience to join our outstanding Hospital-based Hematology Oncology practice with an Outpatient Department. Visa Candidates Encouraged to Apply!
  • Exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of oncologists and nurse practitioners, as well as a full staff of infusion oncology nurses, medical assistants, and certified technologists with a full on-site lab.
  • The position is full-time, Monday-Friday and primarily office-based.
  • Future opportunity to assist oncologists in hospital rounding.
  • We are looking for a matched team player with a favorable work/ training history. The ideal candidate should be focused on quality treatments, and be able to effectively collaborate with physicians/oncologists, APPs, and clinic staff to provide optimum patient care within our award-winning integrated health care system.
About the Practice
  • Strong support from administration and leadership
  • Seasoned nursing staff and chemo staff; Emergency protocols in place for ADRs
  • Primarily Outpatient; Office-based
  • Inpatient consults 24/7 availability, on-call MD
  • Staggering hours – some providers arrive earlier in the day; one provider stays until 6PM
  • Opportunity for leadership role in practice
  • APP Oversight
  • Very competent clerical and support staff to include oncology navigators, Clinical Trials, social work, financial assistance for patients
  • Strong relationship with Radiation Oncology, surgeons, pathology, radiology
  • Genetic Counseling
  • PET CT on site
  • Lab Services on site
  • Intensive onboarding program using the Varian documentation system, dragon dictation, electronic order entry.

Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree, current licensure, and a strong desire to make a difference in our patient’s lives by providing excellent compassionate care.
  • Oncology experience is required.
