24/7 full-service ER -
Two freestanding ERs -
24/7 dedicated inpatient hospitalist program -
24/7 dedicated inpatient intensivist program -
ACGME-accredited internal medicine, family medicine, and psychiatry residency programs with Tufts University affiliation -
30-bed inpatient psychiatric unit including 16 involuntary beds.
GME Program Highlights:

The IM Program is a three-year program with 10 residents per year for a total complement of 30 -
Received its accreditation from the ACGME in January 2020 -
High level of acuity usually seen only in tertiary facilities -
Referral center for cardiology, trauma, and critical care services -
Daily Noon conference schedule and lecture serie s; and scholarly activity participation -

Professional Qualifications/Experience:
M.D. or D.O. medical degree is required. -
Licensed or eligible to practice in New Hampshire. -
Completed an accredited residency program in internal medicine. -
Current Board-certification and/or re-certified (if applicable) by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Board-certified by the AOBIM. -
Three (3) years of participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME accredited internal medicine residency program and graduate medical education administrative experience prior to appointment. -
Candidates must have strong team building, interpersonal, and communication skills. -
50% clinical and 50% administrative responsibilities. -
Additional characteristics of qualified applicants include adaptability, creativity, as well as enthusiasm for teaching and quality patient care. -
Candidates with experience as Program Director, APD, and/or Core Faculty with leadership involvement are strongly preferred.
