Position Requirements – The Program Director must:

Possess the required specialty expertise and at least three (3) years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in Graduate Medical Education, or qualifications acceptable to the Review Committee, to carry out the responsibilities of the role and to achieve the goals and objectives of the program. -
Be certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), ABOIM, or hold credentials deemed equivalent to Certification by the ACGME’s Internal Medicine Residency Review Committee. -
Demonstrate clinical competence as a practicing physician. -
Must be appointed in good standing to the Bethesda North and/or Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Staff. -
Have unrestricted credentials within the Department of Internal Medicine of TriHealth and be licensed to practice medicine by the State of Ohio by date of hire. - Medical Degree: MD or DO is required.
