The Opportunity
Stella Mattina, in association with a designated Level III Trauma Center and a full-service acute care hospital, seeks a dedicated and skilled Full-Scope Generalist Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology to join a leading practice group in the vibrant Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. At Stella Mattina, our collaborative and high-performing team of experienced practitioners provide comprehensive and personalized care in both women’s health and primary care at five convenient hospital and clinic locations across the DFW area. Job Details
- Clinical Focus: Full-scope OB/GYN in a clinic setting. Obstetrics, women’s and robotic surgeries. Teaching and resident mentorship optional.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, and shared call.
- Practice Setting: Solo provider model, with optional mentorship from a nearby physician.
- Supportive Team: Two experienced sonographers, three GE Voluson machines, dedicated staff, and NP coverage.
- Quality of Life: Predictable schedule and a physician-first environment to help prevent burnout.
- Patient Volume: 24-27 patients per day.
- Privileges: Medical City Arlington and Texas Health HEB (Hurst, Euless, Bedford) ─ averaging a 30-minute commute from downtown Dallas.

The OB/GYN Generalist Physician will be part of a dynamic team at Stella Mattina full-service specialty hospitals, Medical City Arlington and Texas Health HEB, equipped with advanced medical technologies and a collaborative team approach to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Clinic Staff:
- Two experienced sonographers
- Three GE Voluson ultrasound machines
- Four dedicated sonography rooms
- One front office staff member
- One medical assistant (MA)
- One clinic manager
- BioTe Hormone Therapy Providers
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold a valid Texas medical license upon hire.
- Certifications: Board Certified in OB/GYN.
- Hospital Privileges: Required at Medical City Arlington and Texas Health HEB.
