Job Title: Pharmacist – Manager

Kaye/Bassman International has been engaged by a Healthcare System to assist with their Pharmacy Operations Manager position in their 200 Bed Community Hospital. This beautiful, financially sound Medical Center and Hospital system provides the surrounding communities with a number of medical specialties ranging from comprehensive cardiac, inpatient acute to outpatient care services. The Manager will oversee all inpatient pharmacy operations and work closely with the Director and Clinical Manager.

- Compensation:
- $145,000 – $165,000 depending on experience
- Sign-on and/or retention bonus
- Relocation assistance if needed

- Requirements
- Coordinate/initiate all pharmacy processes for outpatient/inpatient pharmacy services
- P & T Committee leadership
- Joint Commission and CMS readiness and policy/procedure
- Experience with automation and informatics upgrades
- 5 years of Clinical/Staff experience, 3 years supervisory
- MBA or MHA preferred
