Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
The project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop objectives and assign individual responsibilities.
- Hold regular status meetings with all the sub teams.
- Develop cost-effective plans & schedules for completion of projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and laborers.
- Inspection of construction sites.
- Monitor budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Review the delivery prepared by the team before passing onto client.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in managing all phases of construction of high density residential and mixed use projects.
- Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques.
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Bachelor’s degree desired.
