Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost management, risk management, and overall business performance from preconstruction through closeout.

This role oversees commercial projects within core markets including healthcare, advanced technology, life sciences, higher education, and corporate office. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with all members of the project team as well as project executives and regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Management

  • Manage all project team members, including senior project engineers, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinators.
  • Mentor and train project engineers to support rapid professional development and strong people practices.
  • Maintain 100 percent hands-on knowledge of project scope.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the owner and the architect.
  • Support and challenge jobsite operations and self-perform work teams.
  • Ensure successful project completion, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of critical success factors.

Technical & Operational Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate solid understanding of building processes, construction systems, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee cost control, billings, collections, change management, and monthly status reporting.
  • Perform cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage project engineering, scheduling, project controls, coordination, and construction documentation from start to finish.
  • OSHPD experience is preferred.

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably within the listed core markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
