Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

The project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop objectives and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Hold regular status meetings with all the sub teams.
  • Develop cost-effective plans & schedules for completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and laborers.
  • Inspection of construction sites.
  • Monitor budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
  • Review the delivery prepared by the team before passing onto client.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in managing all phases of construction of high density residential and mixed use projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques.
  • Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Bachelor’s degree desired.
