Job Title: Project Manager – Healthcare
Location: San Francisco, CA
Responsibilities for Project Managers include:
- Oversee project and team performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, project teams, and staff
- Estimate and develop project budgets
- Prepare and maintain project schedules with the superintendent
- Administer owner contracts
- Mitigate project risks and communicate with stakeholders
- Manage project finances, including Buy-Outs, Subcontracts, Change Orders, Budget Adjustments, SOV & Billings, and Monthly Status Reports
- Coordinate and communicate across the project
- Assist the superintendent and manage job site safety
- Lead project meetings and maintain documentation
- Review RFIs, submittals, and ensure subcontractor insurance compliance
- Develop and train project staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proficiency in Sage 300, Procore, or similar software
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam or Adobe
