Job Title: Scheduler
Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in support of construction projects within the assigned business unit.

Support project pursuits by assisting with schedule development for proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.

Apply established scheduling controls, techniques, and update procedures across assigned projects.

Monitor schedule performance and communicate potential risks or concerns to project and business unit leadership.

Review project risk items related to schedule and provide input to support mitigation strategies.

Assist in long-range planning efforts and scheduling-related initiatives within the business unit.

Track schedule metrics and provide recommendations to support client satisfaction and project delivery goals.

Coordinate workload and deliverables with project teams to align schedules with project milestones.

Participate in scheduling peer group meetings and contribute to process improvements and best practices.

Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment.

Maintain clear, accurate schedule documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Experience / Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

5–10 years of scheduling experience in a construction environment.

Professional certification (AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA, or similar) a plus, but not required.

Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and CPM scheduling fundamentals.

Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.

Willingness to learn and apply company scheduling standards, procedures, and best practices.
