Strong presence in public and private sector work, including K–12 education, higher education, healthcare, and industrial projects

Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or market strategy within construction or a related industry

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, preconstruction, and executive teams

Strategic thinker who is comfortable balancing relationship-building with data, analytics, and market insight

Strong communicator with the credibility to influence at all levels of an organization

Culturally aligned leader who values mentorship, accountability, and long-term partnership building

Construction-specific background is helpful but not required; perspective, leadership, and adaptability matter most
