Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Denver, CO

This leading construction firm excels in delivering high-quality commercial projects across diverse market sectors, including healthcare, education, industrial, and hospitality. Their expert team ensures seamless project execution, consistently exceeding client expectations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client interaction, establishing trust and exceeding expectations throughout the project.
  • Participate in preconstruction, including bid package creation, pre-bid meetings, bid analysis, and contract administration.
  • Manage change orders, analyzing subcontractor proposals for accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely delivery and compliance with scheduling policies.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives through value engineering.
  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets for general conditions and requirements.
  • Negotiate and resolve disputes with the Owner, Architect, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure construction, subcontracts, and purchase orders align with contract documents.
  • Maintain relationships to secure $5M+ in annual work.

  • Proven experience in supervising all aspects of building construction.

  • Knowledgeable about the design process and interested in process improvement and technology innovation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in vertical commercial construction, with projects valued at $5M+.
  • Completed multiple projects as the Project Leader responsible for financial outcomes, schedule, and completion.
  • Understanding of pre-project planning’s impact on delivery.
  • College degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with construction software like Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit is a plus.
