Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Addison, TX
The Senior Project Manager will lead the construction of stick-frame multifamily apartment projects throughout north Texas. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead project meetings, provide updates, and resolve on-site issues.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically in stick-frame multifamily projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
