As they continue to expand their impact, the company is seeking a Sr. Director of Medical Affairs, Diagnostic Strategy (Oncology) to drive U.S. strategy and execution across oncology diagnostics and companion diagnostics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of U.S. Medical Affairs diagnostic strategy aligned with brand and lifecycle plans
  • Provide strategic medical leadership across evidence generation, launch readiness, and lifecycle management activities
  • Serve as the U.S. Medical Affairs lead across cross-functional teams, including Global Medical Affairs, Clinical, Commercial, and Market Access
  • Drive integrated evidence generation strategies in collaboration with RWE, HEOR, and biomarker/CDx partners
  • Lead scientific communications, including publications, medical education, and medical information strategies
  • Engage with key external stakeholders including KOLs, investigators, and advocacy groups to inform strategy and strengthen partnerships
  • Oversee advisory boards, congress activities, and peer-to-peer scientific exchange
  • Contribute to publication strategy, data gap analysis, and review of manuscripts and abstracts
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to support Medical Affairs initiatives
  • Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with regulatory and legal standards

Who They’re Looking For:

  • Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or relevant healthcare experience
  • 4+ years of Medical Affairs or related experience, preferably in-house in the U.S.
  • Strong oncology experience, with a focus on biomarkers and/or companion diagnostics
  • Demonstrated experience leading medical strategy, evidence generation, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead matrix teams and influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience supporting multiple indications and managing Medical Affairs plans and budgets
  • Strong understanding of clinical development, diagnostics, and Field Medical execution
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
