Job Title: Superintendent

The Superintendent is responsible for on-site leadership of ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the company’s high-quality standards. This role is key to driving field operations, managing subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day jobsite operations for commercial ground-up projects

Manage field coordination, site logistics, and overall construction schedule

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment

Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and quality control

Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize disruptions

Work closely with the Project Manager to track progress and budgets

Conduct daily site walkthroughs and regular project meetings

Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports throughout the project
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a superintendent role on commercial ground-up projects

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, sitework, structural systems, and finish trades

Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget

Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

Proficiency in scheduling tools and construction management software
