Job Title: Construction Superintendent – Advanced Technology

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on advanced technology construction projects, including facilities with high-performance building systems and complex coordination requirements. This role requires strong technical understanding, disciplined execution, and the ability to deliver projects in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
Primary Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations for advanced technology construction projects, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specifications.

Coordinate subcontractors across multiple complex scopes, including MEP, process utilities, and specialty systems.

Develop and manage detailed construction schedules in collaboration with the project management team.

Enforce strict jobsite safety standards and quality control procedures.

Monitor installation and commissioning activities for critical building systems.

Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.

Coordinate inspections, testing, and turnover activities with inspectors, consultants, and owners.

Identify technical risks early and work with the project team to implement mitigation strategies.

Maintain accurate field documentation, daily reports, and as-built records.

Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, designers, and client representatives.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on technically complex or advanced technology projects.

Strong understanding of construction means and methods, particularly for MEP-intensive facilities.

Experience coordinating clean rooms, labs, manufacturing, or mission-critical environments preferred.

Ability to read and interpret complex construction documents and specifications.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore) preferred.

OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
