The Superintendent, alongside the Project Manager, will manage data center construction projects throughout the north Texas region. This role ensures all stakeholders (sub-contractors, design teams, owners, etc.) are kept up-to-date with consistent communication.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising field operations for the project
• Identification of problem areas that affect project quality
• Establish subcontractor performance schedules
• Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leading data center construction projects
