About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage and oversee K–12 construction projects, ensuring compliance with DSA regulations or OSHPD-1 standards. This position is responsible for directing on-site operations, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, and fostering collaboration across project teams.
Primary Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Enforce safety protocols to protect all personnel and site visitors.

Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify adherence to project specifications.

Manage contractor performance and handle contract administration.

Ensure compliance with building codes, DSA regulations, or OSHPD-1 requirements.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and school district officials to support project goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site teams to drive performance and teamwork.

Track project budgets and assist in maintaining cost control.

Identify risks and implement strategies to prevent delays or complications.
Qualifications

Ten years of relevant construction experience with at least three years as a Superintendent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising construction projects, specifically in healthcare or DSA-regulated work.

Expertise in scheduling, site supervision, and quality control.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and construction compliance standards.

Experience managing contracts and understanding relevant building codes.

Familiarity with DSA and OSHPD-1 compliance requirements.
