Job Title: Traveling Superintendent (Industrial)
Location: Dallas, TX

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the light-industrial construction project from pre-construction through project closeout.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with project team, development representatives, and tenants to ensure coordination between the field and office teams
• Manage Schedule, Cost, and Quality
• Lead onsite safety by reviewing safety strategy, conducting inspections and offering safety training
• Review site plans and final contract for constructability
• Coordinate services with vendors and subcontractors
• Assist in project closeout and managing punch list

Requirements:

• 5+ years leading ground-up, industrial tilt-wall construction projects
• Experience on projects upwards of $25M
• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Science, Construction Management, or related area
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Traveling
