Position Purpose & Mandate
The VP of Business Development – Manufacturing & Industrial Markets will be responsible for generating net-new revenue across one or more core industrial verticals, including advanced manufacturing, automotive/EV, aviation, food & beverage, consumer packaged goods, cold storage, metals, semiconductors and distribution. The role must open entirely new markets and build relationships with decision-makers at industrial owners and major AEC, EPC, and design-build partners.
Background & Experience
10+ years selling engineering/EPC/design-build solutions into manufacturing/industrial markets, with active relationships in sectors such as automotive, food & beverage, advanced manufacturing, chemicals, or consumer goods.
Network Requirements
Candidates must maintain strong relationships with major industrial owners and the architecture, engineering, EPC/design-build firms that lead these programs.

Strong hunter mentality, understands design-build driven procurement, navigates multi-phase capital cycles, and delivers early intelligence and strategic growth.
