Our client is a clinical-stage biotherapeutics company focused on translating novel biology into innovative medicines for patients with rare immune-mediated diseases. As they advance their lead program in interstitial lung disease and expand their pipeline, they are seeking a Vice President of Medical Affairs.
The Vice President of Medical Affairs will serve as a senior scientific and strategic leader, guiding all medical affairs activities to support our client’s clinical development programs in rare immune-mediated diseases, including interstitial lung disease. This role will oversee field medical strategy, lead scientific engagement with key opinion leaders, and provide cross-functional leadership across clinical development, commercial, and regulatory teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in rare diseases or pulmonology, proven experience building and scaling Medical Affairs functions through launch, and a strong track record of shaping medical strategy in a clinical-stage biotech environment.
