Maxor National Pharmacy Services is seeking a highly accomplished, dynamic individual to lead the operational direction of pharmacy services for JPS Health Network, a nationally ranked health system with more than 40 community-based clinics, including a 578-bed county hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center in Fort Worth, TX. In this integrated model, the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations will direct the pharmacy practice and is responsible for the direction and implementation of system-wide pharmacy services across the JPS enterprise.
The ideal candidate for this VP of Pharmacy Operations position is a growth-oriented leader with executive-level experience and 10+ years of pharmacy experience.
In this high-profile, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of service, operational excellence, and value to the network of pharmacies in support of the vision, mission, values, and strategic plans of JPS Health. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacy professional with experience in managing outpatient, specialty, infusion, and inpatient pharmacies to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team at the No. 1 Hospital in the Nation (2020).
