Aaron Tyson

Aaron Tyson joined Kaye/Bassman in 2025. Aaron brings experience working within the Higher Education, Intercollegiate Athletics, and Sports and Entertainment sectors.

His career consists of experiences within the Sports and Entertainment industry where he has worked in several capacities within the NFL, MLB, and NCAA. Most recently, he has served as an advisor to collegiate and professional coaches assisting with their brand management, speaking engagements, podcast appearances, and career development.

Aaron has been involved with a variety of senior leaders, and mid managers giving him a unique and informed perspective in doing his search work. His focus is on career growth and organizational influence.

He received his B.S. in Sport Management from Delaware State University and his MBA from the University of Central Florida. He has also received an Executive Certification in Sports Philanthropy from George Washington University.
