Deloris Jones

Deloris Jones serves as Managing Partner at Kaye/Bassman International, where she leads the firm’s newly launched Contract Staffing Division. She brings more than three decades of experience spanning healthcare, clinical research, staffing, and leadership.

Before joining Kaye/Bassman, Deloris spent nearly 15 years as a Partner at Green Key Resources, where she led strategic initiatives, developed high-performing teams, and drove organizational growth. Prior to that, she served for more than a decade as a Senior Team Lead at Smith Hanley Consulting Group, overseeing recruitment initiatives and mentoring recruiting professionals.

Deloris began her career in healthcare as a nurse, working in both hospital settings and clinical research. She spent nearly 12 years as a Clinical Research Nurse at the Orlando Clinical Research Center, contributing to pharmaceutical studies and advancing patient care through clinical research.

With a unique background that combines healthcare expertise and staffing leadership, Deloris brings a consultative approach and deep industry knowledge to her role, helping clients and candidates navigate the evolving life sciences and healthcare landscape.

Outside of work, Deloris is an avid Pilates enthusiast. She and her husband of 36 years have raised three accomplished daughters and share their home with two rescued dogs from the same litter.
