As Managing Director, Elke Jenison leads the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Physician Practice within Kaye/Bassman. Throughout the course of her 30+ year recruiting career, she has made a positive impact on hundreds of companies and thousands of candidates, securing key hires and assisting candidates in making substantial career moves.

With a focus on landing top-tier physician talent, Elke is honored to come along-side her clients with a passion and commitment mirroring the dedication they give to make a difference in the lives of patients on a global scale. Her long-standing and extensive network within pharmaceutical corporations, start-up and established biotechnology firms, as well as clinical research organizations lays the foundation fill critical and roles within a dynamic and constantly evolving market. Elke’s specialization and tenure offers deep industry knowledge within Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Translational Medicine and Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety teams across all Therapeutic Areas and levels.

Elke earned her Marketing and Management Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. Prior to joining Kaye/Bassman in 2003, she led business development and managed recruiting teams at Adecco USA.
