Heather Fubelli

As a distinguished higher education & nursing search consultant with over 15 years of experience in academics, Heather Fubelli draws upon a wealth of organizational and leadership expertise to deliver exceptional service and outcomes for her clients. Before her tenure at Kaye Bassman International, Heather spent six years as a High School Principal, where she not only led the institution but also pioneered the launch of a non-profit entrepreneurship school with a project-based approach. Her role extended to serving as a Dean of Concurrent Enrollment, Academic Advising, and Counseling, demonstrating her versatility in education administration. Impressively, Heather played instrumental roles in establishing two high schools from their inception.

Educationally, Heather holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology along with a Bachelor of Education.

Beyond her formal education and professional roles, Heather is recognized as a transpersonal educator.
