Before joining Kaye/Bassman, Joanne founded and successfully ran Koda Recruiting, an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) recruiting firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Boston University and an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard University.

Outside of her professional work, Joanne is an avid WNBA New York Liberty fan, an enthusiastic reader who averages two books per week, and a devoted dog mom to her beloved Koda, whom she enjoys taking to the dog park or relaxing with on the porch.
