Kelly Siebert

Kelly Siebert is an Owner and the Senior Director of Operations for Kaye/Bassman International Corp. Kelly joined Kaye/Bassman in 2002 as an entry level recruiter and quickly realized her forte was actually in the Finance and Operations sector of the recruiting business. She has performed an array of Finance and Operations functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, systems development, statistical analysis, commission tracking and human resources.

Kelly has spent the majority of her career specializing more in the Operations arena where she manages compensation and statistical tracking, new vendor relationships and negotiations, team systems & management as well as business event planning. She works directly with our executive staff to handle all operational aspects of the business to ensure best practices on the Finance and Operations team.

Kelly is the Senior Director of Operations for our training and franchise businesses. She also provides operational support and feedback for Next Level Exchange clients as well as Sanford Rose Associates, Inc. franchisees to maximize their business development growth.

Kelly graduated from The Art Institute of Dallas with a degree in Applied Arts and Graphic Design and has worked directly with our Operational CEO since 2002 to develop and enhance her career growth. Kelly resides in Frisco, Texas with her husband, son and furbaby.
