Shannon Brennan

Shannon Brennan is a Project Director – Physician Recruitment within Kaye Bassman’s Pharmaceutical and Biotech division. Her academic background includes both undergraduate and graduate studies at Temple University, where she specialized in Special Education. With a solid foundation, Shannon dedicated 13 years to serving as a special educator before transitioning to KMB Search Group, where she excelled for 5 years as a vital member of the physician recruitment team.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Shannon has devoted over 12 years to active involvement on the board of a prominent local nonprofit organization, Athletes Helping Athletes, Inc., where her commitment recently led to her appointment as President. In this role, Shannon spearheads initiatives that facilitate connections between high school and college athletes and individuals with special needs, leveraging an honorary captain program and engaging events. Moreover, she actively supports athletic organizations catering to the special needs community through valuable financial contributions.

Shannon lives in the Philadelphia area with her son, spending her free time at the beach with family.
