Spencer Lawrence

Spencer Lawrence is a Senior Search Consultant leading Kaye/Bassman’s Architecture and Engineering (A+E) expansion. He started his recruiting career after graduating from the University of South Dakota and, over the past five years, has specialized in helping A+E firms execute their talent management strategy, completing searches from entry-level architects to principal roles and junior to senior leadership engineering roles. His years of experience leading recruiting teams, developing client relationships, and developing search strategy and execution will be key to successfully scaling the practice. Spencer is an avid outdoorsman and competitive hockey player.
