Christine Geiger

Seasoned coach, trainer, and producer Christine Geiger brings over thirty years of expertise to our family of companies, and often shares that her career in professional search began at age six (wink wink). Christine joined Next Level Exchange in 2016 while continuing to excel at delivering Director to C-level professionals to her pharmaceutical industry clients. In 2018, she transitioned her practice to her best hire, a present-day one-million-dollar-plus annual producer. As Senior Director of Training, Christine has trained and guided over one thousand new and experienced recruiters in foundational and advanced search essentials.

A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Christine has two grown children and resides with her husband and favorite pooch in greater Atlanta.
