Allison Harvey

Prior to joining the Kaye/Bassman’s Insurance team as an Executive Search Consultant, Allison excelled as a collegiate athlete, graduating with honors from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Her career kicked off as an elementary special education teacher and high school athletic coach for girls’ volleyball, basketball, and track. After 5 years in education, she pursued a new path, entering the sales domain as a licensed health and life insurance agent.

Sales came naturally to Allison, given her outgoing personality and exceptional interpersonal skills.. Her success in the industry was attributed to the strong rapport and trust she established with clients. Being open and personable, she quickly became a standout agent. She handled every meeting with a consultative approach by listening to her clients’ needs, giving them honest feedback, and using her product knowledge to find suitable solutions to each of her clients’ problems based on their unique situations.

In her role as Managing Partner at KBIC, Allison utilizes her innate talent for connecting with others and goes the extra mile to invest time in fostering meaningful relationships. This approach provides clients and candidates with a sense of assurance, knowing that she genuinely advocates for their best interests.
