Alysha Frieden

Alysha Frieden is the lead OB/GYN search consultant for the Academic Medicine Physician & Leadership Practice at Kaye/Bassman International. Her wealth of experience in business, sales, recruiting, as well as leading a large team over the past 20 years gives her the robust foundation to lead the OB/GYN Physician Recruitment team.

Previously, she was in the dermatology business space and helped to scale a business globally. When it comes to relationships, both newly developed and managing seasoned ones, Alysha makes sure those relationships are of the utmost importance. Everyone she meets and speaks with feels her authenticity and her commitment to excellence in exceeding the critical needs of both her clients and candidates. In addition to understanding the OB/GYN recruitment process thoroughly, Alysha has another advantage in this specialty; being married to a highly experienced OB/GYN! Her world, day-and-night, is OB/GYN.

Alysha is originally from Houston, TX, and moved to Washington, D.C., for school where she attended The George Washington University. Upon graduation, she worked for KPMG Consulting for several years and then decided it was time to head back to Texas to be closer to family. When she is not wearing the KBIC hat, Alysha and her husband spend time raising their three sons in Dallas, Texas.
