With over two decades of experience spanning business development, sales, recruitment, and team leadership, Alysha brings a dynamic and results-driven approach to her highly specialized field of OB/GYN physician recruitment.

After graduating from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., Alysha began her career at KPMG Consulting, where she refined her proficiency in strategy and operations. Alysha’s passion for healthcare recruitment—particularly in OB/GYN—stems from a deep appreciation for the specialty’s impact on patient care. Prior to joining KBIC, she played a key role in scaling a global dermatology business, an experience that honed her strategic, operational, and relationship-building expertise.

Alysha’s unique perspective is further enriched by her personal connection to the field—her husband is a practicing OB/GYN—which gives her an unparalleled understanding of the specialty’s challenges and rewards. Her world, both personally and professionally, truly revolves around OB/GYN.
