Alysha Frieden

Alysha Frieden is a Managing Partner and Practice Director of Women’s Health Search at Kaye Bassman, where she leads a specialized practice focused on identifying and recruiting exceptional talent across the women’s health landscape. She and her team partner with academic medical centers, health systems, and healthcare organizations nationwide to recruit leading OB/GYN physicians, women’s health subspecialists, and academic leaders advancing care, education, research, and innovation.

A graduate of The George Washington University, where she studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Alysha has built her career around connecting talented professionals with opportunities where they can excel and make a meaningful impact. She began her career with KPMG Consulting in Washington, D.C., developing a strong foundation in strategy and operations, followed by several years in the pharmaceutical industry, where she gained a deeper understanding of healthcare and the medical community. Before joining Kaye Bassman, she played a key role in scaling a global dermatology business, further developing her strategic, operational, and leadership expertise.

Her connection to women’s health is both professional and personal. With a husband who practices OB/GYN, Alysha has firsthand insight into the demands and rewards of caring for women, along with a genuine appreciation for the physicians and organizations dedicated to advancing women’s healthcare.

Known for her authenticity, energy, and dedication, Alysha brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to every search. She takes the time to understand an organization’s culture, priorities, and goals, as well as each candidate’s aspirations, creating connections that extend beyond a placement and deliver lasting value.

Originally from Houston and having spent several years on the East Coast, Alysha now calls Dallas home, where she lives with her husband and their three sons. Outside of executive search, she is an active mom, avid traveler, and someone who embraces life fully—always seeking new experiences, meaningful connections, and opportunities to make the most of every moment.
