Angie Allen

Angie is a Managing Partner at Kaye/Bassman’s Biotech team with 8+ years in pharmaceutical and biotech executive search filling roles in marketing, strategy, analytics and market access across the United States.

Angie graduated from Duke University in 1991 with Bachelor’s Degrees in Public Policy/Journalism and Russian Language & Literature. She spent 8 years recruiting at a well-known, boutique recruiting firm in the pharma and biotech industry and was tapped to succeed the company’s founder in 2022. She and her team joined Kaye/Bassman in 2023. Prior to working in executive search, Angie spent 20+ years in marketing and public relations in healthcare, manufacturing and economic development, so she deeply understands the roles she fills.  Her marketing background helps her to understand what makes an “A player” and high-potential hire as well as how to attract top talent.  She has a proven track record of repeat clients and candidates from startups to Fortune 100 biopharma/biotech companies.

Angie lives in Grand Junction, Colorado, with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys organic gardening, thrifting, hiking and spending time with her family.
