As an EOS Integrator, she works closely with the team to scale growth, optimize processes, and create a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and candidates throughout the search process.

With a background spanning recruiting operations, business development, and client-focused strategy, Brittany brings a practical and process-driven perspective to executive search. Her focus on operational excellence and relationship management helps ensure each search is executed with the responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail that Kaye/Bassman clients expect.

Brittany earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of Dayton.
