Jarrett Lopez is a Plant & Operations Executive Search Consultant with Kaye/Bassman International, where he partners with food and protein manufacturers to identify transformative leadership talent across plant, manufacturing, and operational disciplines.

Specializing in the recruitment of plant and production leadership, Jarrett connects manufacturing organizations with leaders who drive measurable improvements in throughput, safety, quality, and operational performance. With a background in executive search across regulated industries and experience supporting leadership recruitment nationwide, he brings a well-rounded understanding of how strong operational leadership directly impacts plant stability and long-term growth.

Jarrett works closely with mid-sized and growth-oriented manufacturers, recruiting Plant Managers, Operations Directors, Manufacturing Managers, and Production Supervisors who strengthen benchmarks, enhance accountability, and build sustainable leadership pipelines.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. Outside of his professional work, Jarrett remains deeply involved in athletics, coaching baseball, softball, and basketball. He’s an avid traveler who enjoys exploring the U.S., particularly hiking in mountain ranges across the country. A proud Chicago and Boston sports fan, Jarrett credits his dual allegiance to his family roots in both cities. He’s also a dedicated dog dad to his Husky, Koda.
