Julie Miller serves as the Managing Partner and lead Radiology & Neurology Search Consultant within the Academic Medicine Physician & Leadership Recruitment Practice at Kaye/Bassman International Corp. (KBIC). Julie leverages 20 years of leadership as an academic medical center and higher education executive and consultant—bringing seasoned, real-world insight to her longstanding executive search career, where she has successfully completed more than 450 searches.

A recognized expert in radiology and neurology recruitment, Julie has a proven track record of identifying and placing top-tier talent across the full academic spectrum—from Instructor through Full Professor. She partners with physicians at every career stage and across subspecialties, successfully recruiting clinical educators, Medical Directors, Division and Section Chiefs, Vice Chairs, Department Chairs, and Dean-level leaders.

Her expertise extends beyond physician recruitment to encompass executive and administrative leadership at the health system level, including executive management, research innovation, and medical education. Julie has worked extensively with integrated public research universities (R1 and R2), academic medical centers, healthcare delivery systems, and physician practice groups nationwide.
