Nicole Steinmetz

Nicole Steinmetz, Project Director, is dedicated to building strong relationships and serving as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates. She is committed to adding value through responsiveness, attention to detail, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience throughout every stage of the process.

Before joining the team, Nicole served as a General Manager at Club Pilates, where she developed strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills. She is a high school graduate with a passion for helping others succeed.

Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mom of three girls. She enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on football, softball, and baseball, making the most of every season both on and off the field.
