Before his tenure at Kaye/Bassman, which began in January 2016, Owen excelled in various leadership roles within Research & Development. He served as Vice President of External Innovation at Avery Dennison, Director of R&D and Open Innovation at PepsiCo, and Section Head of Research & Development and Clinical Design at Procter & Gamble.

A formally trained Cardiovascular Physiologist and an Adjunct Professor of Anatomy & Physiology at Collin College, Owen also stands out as a consumer products innovator. With over three decades in the Consumer Health Care and Food & Beverage Industries, he has led teams of scientists and engineers in developing and launching groundbreaking products.
