Scott Huey

Scott Huey serves as Managing Partner of the Real Estate & Construction Practice at KBIC, where he focuses on building and expanding the firm’s real estate practice across the Midwest region with a scalable model designed for nationwide implementation. With over 21 years of executive search and recruiting experience in the real estate, construction, and retail sectors, Scott brings a wealth of expertise and a results-driven approach to both clients and candidates.

For clients, Scott provides deep market insight, tailored talent solutions, and strategic guidance to help them build high-performing teams. For candidates, he offers career advice, market intelligence, and advocacy to ensure the right fit and support long-term growth. Scott began his career at Huey Enterprises, Inc. (HEI), a firm founded in 1983, where he spent 21 years working a full desk and ultimately serving as CEO during his final year. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Biology from Principia College (2001).

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and playing golf and tennis. A dedicated sports fan, he proudly supports the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues.
