Sukanya Tamuly

Sukanya Tamuly is a Research Associate whose primary focus is supporting recruitment teams by identifying relevant job openings and key decision-makers within healthcare organizations. She manages the PCRecruiter database to ensure accurate, well-organized information for effective client outreach. Through tracking and sourcing contact data, she helps build a strong foundation for nursing management and hospital leadership placements.

Sukanya brings a multifaceted background across research and operations. Most recently, she served as a Data Mining Specialist, where she led a team focused on lead generation and stakeholder research. Her experience also includes working as an Executive Assistant, managing executive schedules and communications, as well as roles in Digital Marketing and as a Logistics Administrative Assistant, where she supported shipment tracking and process efficiency.

She holds an M.Sc. in Multimedia. Outside of work, Sukanya enjoys traveling, reading, and working on various creative projects. A polyglot, she speaks five languages and is currently learning her sixth. Her passion for different cultures has taken her to 10 countries so far, and these experiences continue to enhance her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
