    The Ascension Saint Agnes Department of Radiology is seeking a BC/BE, fellowship-trained General/Diagnostic Radiologist to join our growing practice. This opportunity has been created to support continued expansion and meet the increasing demand for services across our health system. Most recently, Ascension Saint Agnes opened a state-of-the-art, full-service imaging center in Howard County, Maryland, further strengthening our commitment to providing exceptional diagnostic imaging services throughout the region.

    The ideal candidate will have expertise in the interpretation of a broad range of imaging studies, including X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, and General Nuclear Medicine. Coverage is provided both onsite and remotely, offering a flexible schedule and the convenience of working from home using state-of- the-art PACS system.

    Mission of the Diagnostic Radiologist
    • Join an established subspecialized team of 12 physicians
    • Teleradiology coverage provides final reads during overnight. Weekday evening coverage (until 10 pm) and weekend call (until 5pm) is shared evenly amongst the radiologists.
    • Access to fully digital state-of-the-art imaging equipment: Siemens Dual Source Drive CT; 64-slice Siemens & GE CT; 2 Siemens 1.5T MRI; GE ultrasound; Hologic 3D mammography; Hologic 3D upright stereotactic biopsy; needleless wire-free LOCalization system; 3T MRI
    • Deliver high-precision diagnostic studies and interpretations across a broad spectrum of modalities—including MRI, CT, and 3D Mammography (optional)—to provide clinical clarity for a diverse, adult patient population.
    • Lead the diagnostic component of specialized care by performing advanced breast interventions (optional) and participating in weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards to guide life-saving treatment plans
    • Collaborate with tenured colleagues to foster a highly efficient practice model

    Candidate Qualifications – What minimum requirements you’ll need
    • Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology is required
    • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

    • Location: Baltimore, MD
    • Schedule: Full-Time; initially 3 days onsite then 2 days once fully staffed; Teleradiology opportunities
    • Sign-on bonus: $30,000
    • Relocation Assistance up to $10,000
    • CME Allowance: $5,000 and 5 dedicated CME days per year
    • Malpractice Coverage with tail
