Yaressy Gonzalez

Yaressy Gonzalez is a Recruitment Operations Specialist within Kaye/Bassman International Corp.’s Academic Medicine Physician & Leadership Recruitment Practice. In this role, she provides operational and administrative support to Managing Partner Alysha Frieden, helping facilitate physician and leadership recruitment initiatives across Academic OB/GYN and Women’s Health. Her responsibilities include supporting search coordination, organization, communication, and day-to-day operational needs that help keep engagements moving efficiently.

Prior to joining KBIC, Yaressy began her career in education as a Dual Language Educator with Dallas ISD through Teach for America, an experience that strengthened her communication, relationship-building, and ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. She further joined Teach for America as a recruitment manager where she led recruitment efforts across premier Midwest universities.

Yaressy earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Health Care Administration from the University of Southern California and completed the Educator Preparation Program at Southern Methodist University. Originally from Dallas, Yaressy returned to Texas after attending USC and remains deeply connected to the North Texas community she calls home. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys staying active with her husband and two sons, as well as gardening, reading, and hiking.
