Patty Wyatt joined Kaye/Bassman International in 2007 and swiftly achieved Partner status in record time a year later. At the start of 2010, Patty then subsequently achieved Director status. Her success is credited to her deep understanding of people, culture, and organizational dynamics. Patty's area of expertise and specialization is in the search and recruitment of Pharmacy and Therapy Professionals for Hospital facilities. She has completed hundreds of search assignments including Directors, Assistant Directors, Clinical Coordinators, Clinical Specialists, Inpatient/Outpatient Pharmacists and Therapists. She succeeds by developing strong and long lasting relationships with both her clients and candidates.
Patty began working as an American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) certified Medical Technologist after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Oakland University. In this position she attained practical experience and knowledge while working for many years in the hospital laboratory. It is from here that she took her healthcare background and used her detailed understanding of positions in the healthcare industry to specialize in recruiting hospital professionals. Her background and experience in the medical field has allowed her a deep understanding of the positions she recruits for and of the industry as a whole. Through her hard work ethic Patty has received awards for Top 10 Performance and is consistently a Top Individual Performer for the past 3 consecutive years.
